John is a Senior Sales Engineer and is responsible for growing his business while supporting clients in reducing their costs of operation.  He joined Kroff in 1996 after spending the first years of his career with a different chemical company.

Michelle is a Human Resources Manager.  She joined Kroff in 2010, starting out in a temp position before progressing to take on full-time responsibilities.

“While I officially manage our Customer Support and Human Resources/Benefits Administration teams, everyone in the corporate office is willing to step in and help out wherever the need arises. A typical day can consist of anything from invoicing customers to new hire orientation to organizing supply rooms!”

I enjoy coming to work every day knowing there will always be a new challenge awaiting me & lots of laughs along the way.”

John is a Senior Account Executive in the South Atlantic Region and also handles the Boiler Tannin product line for Kroff.  He joined Kroff in 2015 after selling his company, AJ Chemical LLC, to Kroff.

Tom is Regional Manager for the Great Lakes Region, focused on servicing customers, recruiting top water treatment professionals, and generating new business.  He joined Kroff in 2019 after working for another water treatment company.
